In 2018, our founders, Andrew and Jennifer Brewer, began helping individuals who were struggling to afford the medications they had been prescribed. Many of these patients had insurance but still faced high out-of-pocket costs, complicated prior authorizations, or medications that simply were not covered.
During this time, they discovered that many pharmaceutical manufacturers offered Patient Assistance Programs (PAPs) designed to provide free medications to eligible individuals. While these programs could be life-changing, navigating them was often overwhelming for patients and healthcare teams. Applications required extensive documentation, eligibility rules varied from program to program, and a single missing document could delay or deny approval.
Prescription Bliss was created to help patients navigate that process.
As the organization grew, the team began to recognize something important: Patient Assistance Programs were only one part of the solution. Many patients did not qualify for PAPs, and some medications were not available through those programs at all.
Rather than stopping there, Prescription Bliss began looking for additional ways to close the gap.
Over time, the organization expanded its services to include multiple pathways for medication access, including lower-cost pharmacy sourcing options and trusted pharmacy partnerships.
Today, Prescription Bliss brings these solutions together in one place, helping patients, healthcare providers, and community organizations navigate the full landscape of medication access.
Prescription Bliss was founded as a family-driven mission, and that spirit remains at the heart of the organization today.
When Andrew and Jennifer Brewer began helping individuals navigate medication assistance programs, they approached every situation the same way they would for their own family members, with persistence, compassion, and a commitment to finding solutions.
Over time, that mindset became part of the company’s culture.
Today, the Prescription Bliss team carries that same philosophy forward. Every member of our team understands that behind every application, and every medication order, is a person who depends on that medication to live a healthier life.

Our work is not simply about processing forms, managing enrollments, or providing medication access alternatives. It’s about helping people access treatments that support their health, independence, and peace of mind.
And that mission continues to guide everything we do.
AT PRESCRIPTION BLISS, WHAT TRULY SETS US APART IS NOT JUST THE SERVICES WE PROVIDE. IT’S THE PEOPLE BEHIND THE PROCESS.
AT PRESCRIPTION BLISS, WHAT TRULY SETS US APART IS NOT JUST THE SERVICES WE PROVIDE. IT’S THE PEOPLE BEHIND THE PROCESS.
At Prescription Bliss, we approach every member the way we would want our own family treated during a difficult healthcare situation.
We understand that behind every application, document request, or phone call is a real person who depends on their medication. That perspective shapes the way our team works every day.
Members often work with the same team members throughout their experience, building relationships rooted in trust, communication, and accountability. When challenges arise, we work persistently to help navigate them.
Because for us, this work has always been about more than paperwork, it’s about helping people find a path forward when they need it most.
Every day, we hear stories from individuals who are trying to do the right thing for their health but are overwhelmed by the cost and complexity of the system around them.
For many, reaching out to Prescription Bliss is not just about saving money, it’s about finding someone who will listen, guide them through the process, and help them navigate options they didn’t know existed.
That responsibility is something we take seriously.

Over the years, the trust placed in Prescription Bliss by our members, healthcare professionals, and community partners has shaped who we are as an organization. It reminds us that our work is not simply about paperwork, programs, or processes — it’s about people.
