Prescription Bliss is not a pharmacy, healthcare provider, insurer, or drug manufacturer.
We do not dispense medications and do not provide medical advice.
All medical decisions, prescriptions, and treatment plans are determined solely by you and your licensed healthcare provider. Information provided on the Site is for administrative and educational purposes only and should not be considered medical advice.
Medication access outcomes depend on third-party manufacturers, pharmacies, assistance programs, and regulatory requirements outside our control.

Prescription Bliss does not influence, or control eligibility decisions made by pharmaceutical manufacturers, assistance programs, pharmacies, or other medication access organizations. All approvals, denials, and program participation determinations are made solely by those entities according to their own criteria.
Prescription Bliss works with numerous independent pharmaceutical manufacturers, pharmacies, medication assistance programs, distributors, and other medication access organizations.
These organizations may modify or discontinue their programs, eligibility requirements, medication availability, pricing, documentation requirements, refill procedures, shipping timelines, insurance requirements, or other program rules at any time without notice.
Prescription Bliss has no authority to control, influence, or override these decisions and shall not be responsible for delays, denials, interruptions, pricing changes, medication shortages, program closures, or any other actions taken by third-party organizations.
Prescription Bliss is an independent medication advocacy and patient support organization. We are not owned, operated, sponsored, endorsed, or controlled by any pharmaceutical manufacturer, pharmacy, pharmacy benefit manager (PBM), insurance company, healthcare provider, government agency, or patient assistance program unless expressly stated.
References to manufacturers, medications, pharmacies, or assistance programs are made solely for the purpose of assisting members with medication access and should not be interpreted as endorsements, guarantees, or representations regarding any third-party organization or product.
The Site is intended for users 18 years of age or older. By using the Site, you represent that you meet this requirement and will comply with applicable laws.
Users are responsible for providing accurate and complete information when enrolling in services or submitting documentation. Prescription Bliss is not responsible for delays, denials, or program determinations resulting from inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated information provided by a user or third party.

By enrolling in Prescription Bliss services, you authorize us to charge the payment method you provide for applicable fees.
A one-time, non-refundable onboarding fee may be charged per pre-qualified medication to cover eligibility review, research, and enrollment preparation.
Monthly service fees are charged only after a medication has been approved through a qualifying program and the first shipment has been confirmed, unless otherwise disclosed.
You represent that you are authorized Prescription Bliss to use the payment method provided on a recurring monthly basis until services are canceled in accordance with our policies.
You may cancel services by contacting Prescription Bliss support. Cancellation timing, billing cut-off dates, and refund eligibility (if any) are governed by our Refund and Shipping policies, each of which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
Service fees are generally non-refundable once services have been rendered.
By using the Site or enrolling in services, you consent to receive service-related communications, including via email, phone calls, and text messages (SMS), regarding enrollment status, documentation, refills, renewals, account notifications, and service updates. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out of non-essential communications at any time.
If you access the Prescription Bliss Member Portal, you agree to use it solely for lawful purposes related to your account and services. Prescription Bliss may suspend or terminate portal access for misuse, security concerns, violations of these Terms, or other conduct that may compromise the integrity of the Site or our services.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities occurring under your account. You agree to notify Prescription Bliss immediately of any unauthorized access to or suspected breach of your account.
Prescription Bliss is not responsible for losses resulting from your failure to safeguard your login credentials or from unauthorized access caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control.
