Service Cancellation Policy

At Prescription Bliss, we believe you should have the flexibility to cancel your services at any time.

HOW TO CANCEL

To cancel your services, simply submit a signed written cancellation request to Prescription Bliss. To request a cancellation form, please:

Your cancellation will become effective once your completed written cancellation request has been received and processed.

BILLING

• Recurring service fees continue until a completed written cancellation request is received.
• If you cancel before your medication has been approved, no recurring service fee will be charged.
• If services have been provided and your medication has been approved before your first recurring billing cycle, one applicable service fee may still apply.
• After your first recurring billing cycle, you may cancel your services at any time without additional cancellation penalties.

SERVICE TERMINATION

Prescription Bliss reserves the right to suspend or terminate services for non-payment, material violations of our Terms of Service, or when required for legal or regulatory compliance. We will never terminate services based on any legally protected status.
