When a patient enrolls in Prescription Bliss services, the patient authorizes Prescription Bliss to assist with submitting documentation, communicating with healthcare providers, pharmaceutical manufacturers, pharmacies, and other medication access partners as necessary to support medication access services.
Prescription Bliss provides administrative advocacy and coordination services only.
Prescription Bliss may use and disclose your PHI to assist with coordinating medication access services. This may include sharing necessary information with organizations involved in helping you obtain prescribed medications.
