The one-time application fee ($49 per medication) covers the initial intensive work of screening your eligibility, preparing all documents, and submitting your application to the manufacturer. The monthly membership fee (starting at $49) then provides continuous, proactive management and social support after your medication is approved and you're receiving it, ensuring uninterrupted access year after year.
Our pricing is designed to be straightforward. If you have one medication being managed by us, your monthly fee is $49. If you have two or more medications managed, it's a flat $90 per month, regardless of how many additional eligible medications we help you with. If your medication regimen changes, we'll simply adjust your membership to the appropriate tier.
While the application fee is for the service of submitting your application, our expertise significantly increases your chances of approval. If, for any reason, you are ultimately denied after we've exhausted all viable options and appeals for a specific medication, we will transparently communicate the reasons and explore any alternative solutions without further monthly charges.
